  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

    • DLT requirements

3. User Responsibilities

By using Bulk2Sms, you agree that:

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All service charges and subscription fees must be paid in advance

  • A 5-day Money-Back Guarantee is available for new customers only

  • Refund requests made after 5 days from activation will not be accepted unless approved in writing

  • Setup fees, usage charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Bulk2Sms services for:

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages

  • Violating WhatsApp, TRAI, or telecom carrier policies

  • Sharing false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content

  • Any activity that could damage the reputation or infrastructure of Bulk2Sms 

Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bulk2Sms shall not be held responsible for:

  • Message delivery failures or delays caused by WhatsApp, telecom carriers, RCS providers, or other third parties

  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access or misuse of your account

  • Blocking or suspension of messages, templates, sender IDs, or numbers by regulatory authorities or platform providers

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
